Savour Chocolate School

I’ve spent the day on the Savour Chocolate School confectionary course. Oh, the things I’m going to do with the soft, soft textures of jelly-like substances when I get home…. unspeakable!

I think the first mission will be a range of botrytised reisling winegums. Friends and family – please standby for taste testing. Guinea pigs – prepare ya’selves. You shall be very happy very soon.

And may I just say how frickin cool Melbourne Food Ingredient Depot is…frickin seriously cool! Great guy, great store and I’m so excited about my new range of ingredients.

Anyway, pic is one of the fabulous creations top chocolatiers Kirsten Tibballs and Paul Kennedy are huzzah-ing for their world-record attempt at the largest chocolate floral arrangement. More to follow…
